A 23 years old man attended hospital with a 10 days history of breathlessness, cough and fever. He was diagnosed to have Covid in the community.
In A&E, his SaO2 was 85% on 10 L oxygen. He was treated with tocilizumab and dexamethasone. FBC, kidney function and electrolytes were normal. He had a chest x-ray (Figure 1). What does the x ray show?
