Funicular spermatic cord hydrocele (SCH) is an uncommon condition characterized by fluid collection in the processus vaginalis (PV) which is obliterated distally but remains patent at the internal inguinal ring. In this study we present a case of funicular hydrocele of the spermatic cord with characteristic MRI findings, in an 18-year-old, to increase its awareness as early diagnosis and treatment can limit disability and complications.
