Funicular spermatic cord hydrocele (SCH) is an uncommon condition characterized by fluid collection in the processus vaginalis (PV) which is obliterated distally but remains patent at the internal inguinal ring. In this study we present a case of funicular hydrocele of the spermatic cord with characteristic MRI findings, in an 18-year-old, to increase its awareness as early diagnosis and treatment can limit disability and complications.
Pediatric strokes are rare but can present with subtle signs, such as abnormal posture, tremors, and gait disturbances, often mistaken for benign musculoskeletal issues.4 In this study we present a 5-year-old child with an established stroke to increase its awareness as early diagnosis and treatment can limit disability and complications.
